+ Web site conversion - Tabled until mid-October.  Both Lynn and Jeff 
are too busy this summer to devote enough attention.

+ Clue InstallFest - Rescheduled until September 15, 2001.  Mike will 
work with Jef to reserve Batky-Howell location.

+ Promotional Coordinator - Jef will continue to serve until we find a 
suitable replacement.

New Business

+ Affilate Programs - CLUE has received a number of affiliate program 
offers.  The Board supports affiliate programs that are not obtrusive 
to our members.  We will not send unsolicited affiliate program offers 
to membership.  Rather, we will expand the 'Sponsors' page to include 
links to affiliates.  Roy suggested an intermediate page that will 
explain an affiliate program and how it benefits CLUE.

New Rider  - accepted
Ziff Davis Media - accepted
LinuxFund.org - more research, due to requirement of email footer links.
Prentice Hall - accepted

Jeff will contact various groups to sign up CLUE as affiliates.
