I would like to get together for a CLUE steering meeting.

proposal for CLUE.  Hopefully, we can make a decision (or put it to the 
CLUEbies).

Elizabeth,

You have spoken to many of our CLUE members and each has a brief  (and 
somewhat different) understanding  of your proposal and what it means to CLUE 
and its members.  For our Admin members to discuss it with more depth, please 
email me a 1-2 page summary of your proposal.  The summary can be informal, 
but for maximum understanding, please include the following:

+ Summary of the proposal (what, why, how)
+ The benefits to CLUE.
+ The costs ($) to CLUE.
+ Overview of the 20/20 Foresight Foundation for Economic Development.

Please email it to me by Friday, March 23rd.  I will distribute your summary 
to the Admin members so that we can discuss your proposal more in-depth at 
your Admin meeting.
