we prepared a first draft outline based on our economic development
 initiatives for propietary technology programs. these programs provide jobs
 for working women as a first priority. as i have attended the CLUE meetings,
 i have noticed very few women in attendance. i was thinking we could link
 resources with women we know across the us, in this plan. miriam rodriguez
 has been creating viable assessment tools for your proposal. i believe that
 contributions to the entire program should not have any gender iases. so, we
 will look to finding several sponsors for funding opportunities. the entire
 year long program, would support a guidebook for economic development
 initiatives on LINUX software resources. marketing is the MOST important
 goal the members need to support. they have very little expertise in that
 area. we can provide many marketing strategies. a brief outline will be sent
 to you. thank you!
