[CLUE-Admin] CLUE North - Organizational meeting

Greetings.

We have reached critical mass (4) in terms of volunteers for organizing and 
maintaining a CLUE North meeting.  You are on this list because you sent me 
an email to volunteer to help with some aspect of the CLUE North meetings.

I appreciate everyone's interest and I would like to meet Saturday, April 
6th, between 10 am and 12 noon.  As I know few places to meet (we usually 
meet over a meal) north of downtown, I appreciate any restaurant suggestions. 
 Please RSVP.  Also, if someone cannot make this date and time, please let me 
know ASAP and we can reschedule.

The meeting will last up to 2 hours and we will cover the following topics:

+ Monthly or bimonthly meetings for an initial period.
   - Ideally, we would like to schedule monthly meetings, but it may be
     easier for bimonthly meetings for an initial period.  We will discuss
     the merits of each.
   - Picking a meeting evening.  The first two weeks of each month 
     include many UG meetings.  We should pick a meeting night in the
     third or fourth week of the month, either Tue, Wed, or Thurs.
     
+ Communication among CLUE North admins.

+ Meeting format.
   - Our current format is well-recieved.  Historically, CLUE has used
     other formats.  We will discuss options.

+ Meeting location.

At the end of the meeting, I will ask for each of you to volunteer to 
work on one of the following action items:
  - Finding and securing a meeting location.
  - Gathering speakers for meetings.
  - Interaction with Linux vendors --> door prizes.
  - Announcing and publishing the meeting.

+ Schedule next CLUE North admin meeting.
