[CLUE-Admin] CVS loginfo and MailMan

OK, I've added the e-mail address pubcvs at clue.denver.co.us to the CLUE-Dev
mailing list, configured to not receive mail.

But, I haven't privileges to edit the loginfo file. I tried sudo, but I'm
not setup for that, and I don't know the root password.

The line for loginfo would be:

site_devel /usr/local/cvs-1.10/contrib/log.pl \
%s -f CVSROOT/commitlog -m clue-dev at clue.denver.co.us

Which should work as long as the proper command for sending the mail is
'Mail' (which I see is on the path).

So, I need some admin juice here.
