[CLUE-Admin] Rebooting server

I want to reboot the server.  I'm trying to set up user quotas for
the member directories which aparently requires the the root
filesystem to be remounted.  I've tried "mount -o remount /"
which didn't work.  That is, I still couldn't activate quotas.

So, does anyone have any objections to my restarting the server?
Is there anything that needs to be started manually after boot?
