[CLUE-Admin] Membership web pages

I got most of the membership public_html accounts set up last week.

I've been working on throwing a members page together that will
link to them.  It's nothing fancy.  Hopefully Jed will have sometime
to improve it or at least integrate it better into our site.

I want to be sending out account information to current members
soon.  This weekend if possible.  But before I do, I'd like comments
on the following messages that I plan to send out to the group.

Do we need an official policy page for the web pages?  I'm thinking
a paragraph in a FAQ may be sufficient.

Good news! You're web page account is now set up on our CLUE server.
Your access to the CLUE server is limited to ssh access and your member
account is restricted to your ~/public_html directory.  I will be sending
your account information to each of you individually.

If you're not familiar with using ssh or a public_html directory,
please feel free to ask questions on the CLUE-Members at cluedenver.org
mailing list.  Questions raised and answered there will be used to
create a faq.

While an official policy has yet to be formed, privleges for membership
web pages may be revoked at the discression of Techangle and the CLUE
president. You are incouraged to be creative with your CLUE web page
and modify it as you see fit, but we ask you to consider that you represent
CLUE and the Linux community.  Pornography, for example, will not be
allowed.

Quota's are currently set to 10 MB.  We will probably raise this limit
when we migrate to our new server which will have more disk space.
