I hope "break it in" means "first production use after plenty of testing 
to make sure it works" and not "unbox it and find out it doesn't work".

I'm sure it's the former but I'm frequently surprised by people who let 
that fall through the cracks.  My office had a big meeting recently, 
lots of out of state people there, in Breckenridge, took an LCD 
projector.  First call back to Denver was "can someone bring a power 
cord?"  Second was "can someone bring a cord to connect a laptop to the 
LCD?"  Sheesh!
