[CLUE-Admin] /etc/hosts

Looks like the IP on clue.denver.co.us changed (on 17 Dec?) but 
/etc/hosts still lists the old IP.  One side effect of this is that the 
publish cgi can no longer get files out of cvs.  It also doesn't fail 
very gracefully so the /var/apache/htdocs is kind of a mess at the moment.

Did anyone else know about the IP change?  If I'm the only one out of 
the loop I'll quit messing with the server.
