Jed,

I'm just starting to review the current stuff in site_devel for my own
edification.
    

In top_nav.php, there is "Note: Do not split the following div into
seperate lines ...".

I can find no difference in rendition of the navigation bar (Firefox
or IE6) with the <div> crammed all into one line and the imminently
more readable multi-line version

</div>

Care to explain this?
