[CLUE-Admin] Site Updates

Noticing the "P" flag (for "patched") on a CVS update, on the
volunteers.html file, I realized, upon investigation, that I had forgotten
to take care of a few things, so thanks, Jeff, for those updates. However,
feel free to adminster a dope-slap (TM Tom and Ray Magliozzi) when
necessary in the future. Uh, Jeff, did you just do an RCS update on that
page again? IIRC, last time we had trouble with locks.

I removed the "newsletter" pieces from the contact form, and sidebars
where it had appeared.

News item for finding a new activities coordinator -- contact Jeff.

I'd also remove the actual newsletter pages, but my experience with 'cvs
rm' is that it complains that the file exists in the working copy if I
don't delete it, and if I do delete it, it complains that it isn't there.

Is it too soon to add the membership officer position to the site?
Collins, are you settled in enough?
