[clue-admin] Contact Form Isn't Working

Just an FYI.

The CLUE Website contact form isn't working. Not sure why yet, and I won't
likely look into it until tomorrow. IIRC, it was working fine when we
switched to the new server, so ... I'm mystified.

What it's doing now is sending the subject through as the only content.
