[clue-admin] CVS Repository Changes

Hi Folks.

Since I'm staying away from the madding crowds having their last big fling
of the summer ...

I've archived the two unused CVS projects, "website" and "newsite" as
tarballs in the /tux2/backups/cvs/ directory. I deleted both trees from
the CVSROOT on the server, and then moved the site_devel project to
"website".

The upshot of this is that if you have a local copy of either "website" or
"site_devel", you should delete them, and then checkout the website
project. I'll make a new copy of site_devel RSN.

If anyone, for some reason, needs access to any of those old files, let me
know.
