Just a note that the Pear HTML::Form package is not well suited to quickly
adding something such as this. Don't know yet how ugly it'll be if I can
figure out a way to kludge it in. Probably I can embed the CAPTCHA image
into the label text for an input box. If it winds up being too ugly, I
might abandon the HTML::Form package.
