OK, then at least get rid of the KISS session from 6:30 to 7 and put 
something like pre-meeting socializing.

Umm, no.  It's not the effort to get someone it's the fact that no one 
wants to do it.  In other words, people like Bret and I asked constantly 
last year for volunteers and few accepted
