Well, I started off by doing:
iptables -A INPUT -p all -s 77.41.40.000/255.255.248.0 -j DROP

I hope that's a good start. The postfix sender-reject stuff is something
I'll have to either spend some time studying, or get help on. But I think
the joe-job spam came from there.

I could be wrong, of course.
