[clue-admin] Sept DTC Topic - Postpone till Dec8th

Hi guys,
checked back with Dan, due to code delivery dates, we will need to
postpone till after OpenWorld, so December 8th would work for Dan.
If you guys like, we can combine it with a Christmas Pizza party.
