[clue-admin] failure to engage

Remember how I wasn't able to join the CLUE-admin list properly, even after replying to the confirmation message, and even after visiting the webpage and subscribing that way?  Max can't join, too.  He replied to his confirm, and we sent "subscribe" to all the -request, but no joy.

Could someone with mighty powers please join Max to CLUE-admin, -announce, and -tech?
