[clue-admin] Invoice from VPSLink for 1-year term renewal

Folks:

Linux ETC has received the invoice for renewing the VPSLink account for another year which comes to $201.12.  

Since I was not at the CLUE-Admin meeting on "Black Friday", I do not know what was discussed in regards to this.  So I am bringing it up again on how this will be covered.
