[clue-admin] CLUE server migration and status

I've migrated CVS and the website over, and tested successfully.

Due to a minor change in the .htaccess file for Apache2.2 changes, the
CVS repository on the new server isn't in synch with the existing
repository. And I changed one link on the admin/index.html page too. So,
we should not do any more website updates on the existing repository.
