[clue-admin] VPS will be unavailable in 48 hours

Folks: 

VPSLink is migrating the VPS used by CLUE to a new data center from Seattle to Boston within the next 48 hours. There will be a (hopefully) brief down time during this transition as the VPS files are copied over. 

For Jed, Dennis, and/or David A. please hold off doing any changes to the VPS as well data wise. 

I will advise once this notice of this transition is complete from VPSLink. Thanks in advance.
