[clue-admin] CLUE web site will be offline this weekend some

Folks:

The web site will be having some maintenance work done on it this weekend so you people may experience 404's or unable to reach it on/off.  I will advise when the work is completed and things are "stable" once again.

The email lists should not be affected by this for reference.  Just the web interface for Mailman.
