[clue-admin] Drupal website down

Alright, the problem ended up being that the cgi-bin directory had group
write permission. Not sure if this was something I did mistakenly and that
didn't cause problems until the VPS was restarted but it is corrected now
and working just fine.
One I removed the group write permissions it worked just fine.
