It's time to mark your calendars for the next installfest on 13 Nov.  That's 3 weeks away, the 
weekend after the Westeraires' horescapades (you should go if you haven't been, 
http://westernaires.org/).

I don't have anything special planned for this one but I will be prepared to sign GPG keys.  I'll 
also try to get a page set up to tell everyone what they need to do.  I don't think we need to do 
any of the fancy "mass signing" preps that you read about but if you want a key signed you do have 
to prepare.

Think about what you want to work on and let the list know.
