[CLUE-Cert] supper before Wednesday's meeting

Hoong's is located at Havana and Arapahoe.  it is tucked in the back, so you
can't really see it from the street.  it is behind the Outback Steak House
and Burger King (depending on which road you are on).  5:00 is a good time,
that will give us some time to eat and chat.
