[CLUE-Cert] Another Linux certification exam

There's another vendor neutral exam coming out on Linux, this one from
CompTIA, who is most well known for the A+ hardware certification. The
exam is a 2.5 hour one of 145 questions, good forever, and designed for
the Linux professional with "six months experience." More information is
