[CLUE-Cert] SAIR @ LinuxWorld Conference and Expo info

For those who are wanting some exam reviews
for the SAIR Linux and GNU LCA, SAIR will be
doing exam reviews and allowing unlimited testing
during the LinuxWorld Conference and Expo in
San Francisco, CA.  Dates are 26 to 30 August.
You do have to have a pass to go through this
though (prices are online, check the link below).

They did a similar deal in NYC at the last one,
and I heard some pretty good things from a few
folks who went there.
