[CLUE-Cert] SSH forwarding

At work we have a machine which allows ssh access for select employees.
Once you log into the box you get a restricted bash shell; very few
commands are supported, you can't change directories and you can't write
to any files.  The idea is that you can telnet (or whatever) to other
machines from there.  But a coworkers has had problems with ssh X 
forwarding in this situation because XFree86 uses an X authorization 
file to be written.  A couple coworkers have been given a normal shell
on login because ipsec wouldn't work otherwise.  They have no problems
with tunneling X through this intermediate server.
