[CLUE-Cert] Squid and Squidguard

Quite a few meetings back, squid and squidguard came up. 
Someone (Jef?) asked me how the proxy works without configuring
the client browser(s). I didn't really know. Well, I was
looking at sleezeball, which is something like squidguard.
The writer of sleezeball wrote a mini-HOWTO on how to
do what's called a transparent proxy. It can be found here:
