[CLUE-Cert] apt4rpm

I'd like to add that you can also get it from www.freshrpms.net, they
have an apt4rpm repository that you can use and their RPM automatically
points you to it. This program has been a life saver for me. I use it so
much that I set up my own mirror and repository for local use so I
wouldn't have to deal with server or internet slowdowns.
