There are a lot of problems to solve in building an installer.  That's 
why I would take apart someone else's, to learn how they did things. 
Otherwise it is too big a project for me (short attention span, you know).
Art Reisman was asking about making a custom install.  If I knew how the 
Debian installer worked, I'd use that to build one for him -- should be 
a pretty easy mod, just bypass the tasksel or dselect steps and install 
a fixed list of packages.  But I don't know enough to help him.
What you guys are doing sounds cool though, I'll try to make the next 
meeting.  Is it really not until 1 July?
