No, Sarge is the current testing release.  Woody is stable (3.0r1).  Do 
you want stable, testing, or unstable?

Between Woody and Sarge the install system is getting rewritten so the 
last time I tried Sarge it didn't work (that was perhaps a year ago so 
I'm sure it's different now -- not sure it will work though).

Woody 3.0r1 was released in Dec 02.  So if you have any Woody CDs around 
they're probably good.
