The CLUE study group already has dates, location, and Internet.  If 
you're looking for the "trying to get started" southwest hacking 
society, try posting to CLUE Talk.  (There was a long thread on that 
topic on CLUE Tech, but it doesn't really belong there.  Check the 
archives to see if any CLUE Talk discussion happened and introduce the 
subject appropriately.)
