I build an amd64 microatx system in one of these:

HTPC 200BA  nMediaPC HTPC 200BA

from www.a2zcomp.com

They were out of stock on the case I originally wanted, but this is a
really nice 'black stereo equipment' case with 4x3.5" internal bays
and front-panel-everything including mutimedia card slots and
firewire.  Very nicely built case.
