[clue-cert] Monthly Cert Mtg/Dinner 4th Mon 3/23/09

I want to mention that the conflict between the scheduling of LPIC-1 and the regular CLUE-cert was entirely accidental.  I was not aware of the CLUE-cert schedule until too late.  I'm sorry for any inconvenience.
