[clue-cert] Xorg

I am having a bit of difficulty in working in the Xorg chapter of the
LPIC-1 book.  I am attempting to follow the directions in the book and I
am coming up empty. I run the following command "/etc/init.d/gdm stop"
to turn off the login and then I try to run Xorg -configure to see about
modifying the xorg.conf file but I keep getting errors.  Can anyone tell
me what I am not doing so that I can get past this?
