Does anyone know of a service provider that does secondary/primary DNS
hosting? On my domain there are mostly MX lookups and would not constitute
a major bandwidth suck.

I would also be interested in swapping out such services (I currently run
a DNS server, but I need to have two which is the purpose of this
email) where I would host secondary DNS for someone else that can keep a
server up for 80% of the time (I have 99% uptime, it would be 100% if I
would break down and buy a battery backup) and they would do the same for
