Hey folks,

This gives you some verbage as to how this company who won the Malcolm
Baldrige National Quality Award did it.  If your company is interested,
you can request tours because, like Open Source, it's required of
winners.  These tours are enlightening to say the least.  Once you've
gone through one, it's like using Windows and then using Linux: you
never want to go back.
