Yeah, this was a hot topic a month ago.  Time will tell whether or not 
this is really a bad thing.  The shares they purchased are non-voting.
The only control that this supposed to give  Microsoft is an option to 
force Corel to spend time working on .Net.  Without the monetary infusion
Corel might not have been able to continue much longer.
