[CLUE-Talk] Progeny

There are lots of distro's and most of us are happy with whatever
we use. I just read about Progeny (www.progeny.com) which is
at beta and is Debian with a user-friendly install. Now the
regular Debian install isn't that bad, but with Progeny it's much
nicer, reminding me of a SuSE install. Plus I like that they took
the best of stable (potato) and important, relatively stable parts
of woody and put it together. It's at release candidate 2 beta
right now but I have had no problem on the two machines it
lives on so far. Worth a look if you've thought of Debian but
longed for an easier install.
