There are two parts to your DSL charge.

There is the line provisioning over your phone line - this is handled by Qwest (the phone company) and charged to
your phone bill.
The other is the DSL ISP service and is handled by Qwest.net (the internet provider).

They don't make it clear when you order DSL - but you can choose your own DSL internet provider.  They just
assume that of course you want to use Qwest.net/MSN.

All of the Qwest.net subscribers are being moved to MSN.   But those who have a Qwest DSL line but another ISP
don't have to move.

I've not received anything that any of my customers are expected to be moved to MSN.
