It seems to go away every time you restart the xserver.  There may be a 
way, but I do not know it.  It would have to be AFTER you log in to X, 
since it is an X permission for you, and not a generic permission.  When I 
used this to display something on a remote machine, I could not even do 
this as root, I had to su to the user that started the xsession.
