Hi,
 
I'm a corporate recruiter and I'm looking for a Linux expert to head
up the development of iTV middleware for the set-top box group of a
internet TV startup.  Requires experience with kernel level Linux and
device drivers.  This is a director-level position.  (We are also
looking for a software manager with same type of experience.)  Any
advice on where I can find someone with this type of experience?  The
job is in Seattle, WA.

The focus is on technical ability, so anyone who is strong technically,
but doesn't have the management skills would still be a viable 
candidate.
