September Meeting Update:

Due to a scheduling conflict, there is a change in the workshop to be 
presented at the September 11th meeting:

Linux Certification - Bring your questions on this expanding 
technology and get an update on the benefits of being Linux 
certified, as well as Linux in the real world.
Crawford Rainwater, CEO and Consultant, 
The I.T.E.C. Company.  
Having a Masters of Science in electrical engineering and a Bachelors 
of Engineering in electrical engineering, computer science, and 
mathematics, Mr. Rainwater started down the ranks as an OS/2 and 
Microsoft consultant.  Since then he has worked his way up through 
various consulting positions during his academic career.  About a 
year ago, he was introduced to Linux and expanded his private IT 
consultant practice to include Linux education and training, as well 
as expanded the already existing across the
board general IT consulting practice.  To date The I.T.E.C. Company 
is a SAIR Linux and GNU ACE with 3 LCIs out of 50 in the world on 
staff as well as 10 out of approximately 500 LCAs (who also have 
MCSE's, CCNA's, and so forth) for consulting.  Visit them at
