Yes, this is way off topic, but since we've been talking about CBT..
lately, it seemed appropriate to point out this site.

from here you can.
recieve a daily email of the action of your reps ( a bit hard to read)
look up bills
send a quick thank you or complain to any rep
write your own bill and send it to your rep.
learn a lot about how congress works.
