Yeah, this could be pretty bad.  I am going to have nightmares about Bill
Gates having my social security number in one his SQL servers.  Can the
government say "Buffer Overflow vulnerability"?  Even worse, can the Taliban
say "IIS exploit"?

I see, trading one bad apple which tracks us for another, and MS has NO
restrictions on what it can track while the government has.  We need to
fight this one.
