[CLUE-Talk] New Colorado Tax on Software Development

If there were public hearings in November, how come those of us with 
companies registered in the state of colorado as 'software consulting firms' 
were not given any notification?

Am I supposed to sign up for a state legislation watch-dog list, now too?
