Yes, I would love to teach this kind of class.  Especially if I didn't 
have to do all the support work (location, setup, advertising, 
registration, and so on).  Not that I wouldn't, just that it would be 
nice not to *have* to.

Lynn's comment about lack of interest may be telling.  Which is a shame. 
    Not sure I have any answers to that, but I'll give it a go.
