Symbols where names are expected to be gets on my nerves... :-)
Seriously, the HTML is not a big deal for me. I got over it at a time
in my life when a malconfigured Exchange Server forced everything I sent
to HTML, and I had to explain it like six times, and finally decided
that I would just keep my email-mouth shut, rather than have to explain
it any more.
On the other hand, getting email messages in Outlook RTF sets me right
off...
