[CLUE-Talk] BackUPS 400 cable?

I believe the difference in the cables is that one is for
an APC UPS that communicates with serial data, the
Smart-UPS like my 1400, and the other just sends
DC levels to indicate the status of the UPS.  
I'm guessing both pinouts are correct, but for two
different classes of APC UPS products.  In particular,
my pinout is for the APC Part Number 940-0024C
UPS PowerChute cable.
